Current and recent projects

RHA is currently undertaking, or has recently completed a range of projects for both public and voluntary sector clients. Amongst these projects are:

Analysis of responses to the Scottish Government's consultation on the Equality Duty Revised Draft Regulations.
This work involves carrying out an analysis of responses to a consultation issued by the Scottish Government in September 2011 on the development of Equality Duty Revised Draft Regulations. The work will be completed in 2012.

Evaluation of Good Places Better Health.
This work is an evaluation of the prototype phase of the Good Places Better Health initiative. It involves a literature review, a document review and a large number of stakeholder and participant interviews. It is due to be completed in 2012.

Evaluation of a MARAC.
This project is an evaluation of a Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference in a local authority in Scotland. It involves the examination of a wide range of documents, reports and statistics, and a number of interviews. It is due to be completed in 2012.

Evaluation of the Breaking the Cycle programme.
This project is an evaluation for the Robertson Trust of a fund designed to promote innovative work to promote desistance from offending. The evaluation covers both the fund and 4 individual projects. This work is due for completion in 2014.

Evaluation of a prison-based criminal justice project.
This work involves an evaluation of a project designed to explore an innovative approach to reducing the likelihood of reoffending on liberation. The evaluation involves the examination of statistics, and interviews with a range of stakeholders. This work is due for completion in 2014.

Evaluation of the Community Service Order Fast Track Pilot.
This work is an evaluation of a project in Glasgow which works to ensure that offenders given community-based sentences commence on these immedately. The evaluation involves the examination of statistics, a large number of paper-based records, and interviews with offenders and a range of national and local stakeholders. This work is due for completion in 2012.

Analysis of responses to the Scottish Government's consultation on Forced Marriage Statutory Guidance.
This work involved carrying out an analysis of responses to a consultation issued by the Scottish Government in early 2011 on the development of Forced Marriage Statutory Guidance. The work was completed in December 2011.

Evaluation of a Lottery-Funded Voluntary Organisation.
This work involved an evaluation of work undertaken by a voluntary organisation using a large lottery grant. The evaluation involved the collection and analysis of documentary, statistical and interview evidence. This work was completed in November 2011.  

Evaluation of a Women’s Aid Counselling Service.
This work involved an evaluation for Fife Women’s Aid of the counselling service in Dunfermline. The evaluation involved the collection and analysis of documentary, statistical and interview evidence. This work was completed in 2011.

Analysis of responses to the Scottish Government's consultation on a Child Poverty Strategy for Scotland.
This work involved facilitating focus groups and carrying out an analysis of responses to a consultation issued by the Scottish Government in late 2010 on the development of the first Child Poverty Strategy for Scotland. The work was completed in March 2011.

Evaluation of a Teenage Parents project.
This work involved an evaluation for Fife Gingerbread of a project providing support to teenage parents in Levenmouth. The evaluation involves the collection and analysis of documentary, statistical and interview evidence. This work was completed in 2011.  

Evaluation of The Zone Drug and Alcohol Service.
This work involved an evaluation for The Zone of a drug and alcohol service in Benarty. The evaluation involved the collection and analysis of documentary, statistical and interview evidence. This work was completed in 2011.
