- Commission for Racial Equality - An event to identify organisations’ training needs in relation to the implementation of the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000; and a consultation process on the preparation of codes of practice for the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000.
- Council of Europe – Preparation of guidance to member states on violence against women; and an update report examining domestic violence and producing recommendations for governments.
- Disability Rights Commission - A policy scoping study on independent living in Scotland; a policy scoping study of tenant participation and the involvement of disabled people; a scoping study of Scottish Community Safety Partnerships’ policies in relation to disabled and LGBT communities.
- Equality and Human Rights Commission – A research review of good practice in community engagement from an equality perspective; a research review of independent living in Scotland; a survey of work being undertaken by user-led organisations to support independent living.
- Home Office - External assessment of a series of domestic violence papers.
- Scottish Government (and previously the Scottish Executive and The Scottish Office) - Evaluations of: a pilot advice service for RSLs in Scotland; the pilot domestic abuse court; Mandatory Supervised Attendance Orders; an initiative to support crime reduction measures in seven cities; the development of local compacts; the domestic abuse service development fund; support to prisoners and ex-prisoners on housing issues; ISCJIS; initiatives to tackle alcohol related crime and disorder; the Zero Tolerance Respect project; and the lead funder pilot. Research support to: the race equality review; the voluntary sector strategic funding review; the Solicitor General’s group of information sharing about sex offenders; the Scottish Refugee Integration Forum; and the Scottish Partnership on Domestic Abuse. Preparation of good practice guidance on: consultation with excluded groups; and facilitating meetings with equalities groups as part of the development of the Equality Strategy. - Scottish Parliament - Research to examine stakeholder views of equalities work in Scotland; and examine public attitudes to equalities issues; and research to explore community participation in the SIPs.
